The Crack of Dawn

The lighter it gets outside, the closer to sunrise I know we are, and henceforth the end of the Blogathon. Yet I look upon the encrouching dawn with mild indifference, perhaps something I shouldn't be doing, but nonetheless just wanting not to impede the passage of time.

My son told me the other day that if he ever found out he was dying, what he would really want to do is watch every sunset and get up for every sunrise. Thats a pretty big endorsment if you ask me. I wish I could feel his excitement and awe and the sunrise right now.

All hail the sunrise.

This is a crazy time of day to be awake. Ok, so maybe I am not completely awake. Maybe I am not awake at all. Who will wake me up?
