I was surprised to see a local news story I had recently participated on the front page of the Edmonton Journal this morning. A pleasant surprise, though, and my picture looks great. Don't forget to look at my other Listen pictures in the Journal's Photo Gallery. I am becoming a real photographer!

Congratulations, Allie, on the front page photo! I'm proud to say that your photos donned first in an edition of a publication (both hard copy and electronic) that I once oversaw.

*cough* I recognized your talent first. But I guess it was talents in other areas - I'm not wild about being... a photo subject. But on the subject of photography, yes, Allie is rather talented.
I am a multi-talented girl, yes indeed. But taking pictures is mostly just plain fun! :-)
